RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind about a purchase? No problem. With 30 days to return you can shop with confidence.

Simply contact critterhappyhomes@outlook.com with your order number and return reason and you will be provided with a return address. Simply package your order safely and purchase adequate postage to get it back to our HQ and once your items are checked as new your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
